Dispatch Time: All orders are processed and dispatched from our warehouse within 1-6 business days. 
 
Delivery Time: The estimated delivery time varies by location: 
- Domestic Orders: Please allow 3-14 business days for delivery. 
- International Orders: Delivery can take 7-14 business days depending on the destination country and customs processing. 
 
Shipping Costs: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. For international orders, additional duties and taxes may be applicable and are the responsibility of the customer. 
 
Order Tracking: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. 
 
Customs, Duties, and Taxes: All fees imposed during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, etc.) are the responsibility of the customer. 
 
Damages: Our marketplace is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. 
 
Lost or Stolen Packages: Our marketplace is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, our marketplace will confirm the delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
