About Popstar Panda

What is Popstar Panda?

Popstar Panda is an online marketplace selling a curated collection of designs from creative designers and innovators. The majority of products sold on the Popstarpanda.com store are printed to order to avoid waste and increase sustainability.

Why does Popstar Panda exist?

Our mission is to support creative innovators and stars build their audience, fans and bring the world a curated collection of sustainable clothing, accessories and more that resonate creativity from beats to the beach.

What products do you sell?

We offer a wide range of  items, including clothing such as t-shirts, hoodies, sweatshirts, and hats as well as wall art, gifts and accessories.  We’re always looking to expand our product range so please check the site for the latest categories, brands and collections.

Why is it called Popstar Panda?

Partly because Panda's are great, but because we liked the sound of the name and felt it captured our mission to support creative innovators, the fun of music and everyday pop culture stars. We also thought it was cool, but not pretentious. :)

Why choose Popstar Panda?

As well as selling fun products and brands our aim is to support and celebrate unique creative and designers, not just major brands and celebrities. When you buy from Popstar Panda you are contributing towards our ability to help support more creatives from a broader, diverse range of backgrounds. Providing them with a growing platform for their creative.

Ordering

How do I place an order?

To place an order, simply browse our website, select your desired product (such as a t-shirt or wall art), choose the size, color, and design, and proceed to checkout.

Can I customise my order?

Currently we don't offer customisation on products other than the ability to select specific options such as colour or size on a product.

What size should I buy?

If you’re not quite sure which size is right for you, refer to our size guides. They’re located underneath the available sizes for each of our products.

Can I cancel my order?

We completely get it, we change our minds too! While we wish could, once an order is placed, we are unable to alter or cancel it at this time. We hope to have a cancellation window one day in the future.

Should the item(s) not work out, make sure to exchange for a preferred style or return for a refund. As a reminder, domestic return shipping is free.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept a range of standard and secure payment methods based on your location. In most cases you will see a few options that you recognise. If you have any concerns, please contact our customer support team.

Do you have bulk discounts?

Are payments on the site safe?

Shipping, Returns & Exchanges

We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.

What is the shipping policy?

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout.

Can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Use this number to monitor the status of your delivery.

What if my items arrive damaged?

Please take a picture of the items and the packaging as you received them and send these to our customer support team. We'll assist you as soon as we can and usually within 24 hours.

Products & Designs

Can I create my own designs?

You can apply to Sell your art and designs on our website, but we don't currently offer upload of your own designs.

Are your products eco-friendly / sustainable?

Yes! We prioritize sustainability as much as possible by using eco-friendly materials and responsible printing processes.

Do you collaborate with artists?
